New Beaumont City was born of an image. A city that is decaying from the inside. The mayor is trying to help the city any way he can. But he is also trying to help himself.

Welcome to my vision of New Beaumont City. My name is Benjamin Graeme Hartford and I am the author, photographer and graphic designer of this photo-graphic novel. Others have tried this genre. But they have sucked at it. Most people take crappy pictures, maximize the edges and call it a day. I set out to make art in every aspect. I had some trouble with my actor-models so that finished product you see before you is not my final vision.

It is my hope that you will read this photo-graphic novel and come to love it as much as I have. If we can generate some support for it, we will continue on.
